Used in ritual work to promote love, longevity and happiness. The scent of rosemary purifies the mind and strengthens memory. Rosemary was traditionally burned in the Greek temples to the gods and goddesses. When it is burned it releases heavily cleansing and cleaning frequencies, and thereby banishes negative energies. Rosemary is also linked to friendship, passion, increased mental powers, sleep, and to combat nightmares.
Rosemary can be used in spells for fidelity and remembrance as well as to dispel jealousy. Use rosemary in spells to enhance memory, including those spells for success in school. Also use for spells to retain youth and burn as incense when you are meditating or doing dream work to remember your past lives.

How to use
The bundle can be lit at one end, with an open flame and then put out to let smoulder. Separate leaves or leaves with stems can also be broken off and lit or crumbled on a charcoal disc. When smudging, a object is passed through the smoke or the smoke is waved upon a person or area, traditionally with a feather.
