Payment in advance
After ordering please transfer the total sum of the order so that the exact amount in the chosen currency gets to us. Any transfer costs by your bank are payed by you. Transfer to:

Collection
You are always welcome to pick up your goods yourself in our tipi in Höör (Skåne), Sweden.
Parcel
Parcel is the cheapest shipping option but can only be used if the shipment weighs less than 2kg. You will receive a padded envelope, bag of baggage or smaller packages sent to your mailbox. If the package can not fit in the mailbox, the shipment is sent by sms, e-mail or mail and can be retrieved to the nearest postal agent. The price is based on the total weight in your shopping cart. This shipping option has only half traceability, which means that the store will not be able to see if you have picked up your package or not. Therefore, this shipping option is not insured, and packages that do not arrive are not replaced. For full tracking, the slightly more expensive option "Package" should be selected, which has tracability and insurance to some countries.
Package
The slightly more expensive option but with warranty and assurance of the full amount of the mail handling service to some countries. Traceability may, however, depend on the country to which the shipment is to be shipped, and therefore also the insurance. To some countries there's tracking but not insurance.However, always insured within Sweden. After ordering, the shipping package will be sent to you and you can follow the shipment on its journey. Often also a faster option and the automatic choice for shipping over 2 kg.
Freight
The price for shipping depends on the total weight of the contents of your shopping cart and which shipping option you choose. We are always looking for cheaper and better shipping solutions.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the shipping options chosen, where you live, and how much workload we have in the tipin at the time of purchase. We try to ship all shipments the day after ordering. Because we do not sell products that we do not have in stock, you never have to wait for us to receive goods from suppliers or to make them. Most deliveries reach you between 2-5 business days if you are a resident of Sweden. Goods to non-EU countries may take up to three weeks.
Customs
The customer is responsible for checking the legality of the goods in their country. Goods stuck in customs are not replaced. This is however mainly a formality since we havn't had any packages returned or destroyed by customs. Packages within the EU are not declared on the package, meaning that they are 99,9% sure to arrive in your country. Countries outside the EU can be charged with tax and VAT. Importing a product that isn't legal to import (i.e. tobacco products in some countries), is not an illegal action, worst case scenario, the package will be returned or destroyed. Further more, no of our products are psychoactive or classed as narcotics.
Brexit
We welcome your orders! To all orders from UK, VAT will be added temporarily. Orders with a total product value (excluding VAT & shipping cost) above 135GBP/156EUR, the VAT will be fully refunded as soon as the order is handeled. Please note that VAT & tax for orders with a total product value (ex. VAT & shipping) above 135GBP may be added by HMRC upon arrival in the UK. In accordance with UK tax practice after brexit, we will charge orders with a total product value below 135GBP (ex. VAT & shipping) 20% VAT, and pay it forward to UK tax authorities.

Upon return, please contact us within 14 days after the package arrived and describe the case and we will solve it as quickly and smoothly as possible. Purchases that are regretted and to be returned must be unbroken. This applies mainly consumables such as natural products, incense, herbs etc. The customer pays freight if the purchase is regretted. Shipping costs can not be reclaimed.

Legal disclaimer
Some aromatic plants and products may have a historical use of folkloric nature, but we offer our products as an incense and / or botanical specimen. Neither food-grade, for consumption or medical use. This means that you should contact your doctor even though, for example, frankincense have been used during the Middle Ages as a remedy for bubonic plague. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep away from children and animals.
The customer is responsible for how purchased goods are used and responsible for finding information about goods themselves and how they may or can affect e.g. customer health, if used for other purposes than given (for example as incense). To order from this site, the customer is 21 years of age or older. In all orders, we therefore assume that this requirement is met because the customer has approved this terms of purchase.
If goods are to be donated or sold, the customer is responsible for the product being labeled with information about the product.
Furthermore, the customer is responsible, prior to ordering, for finding out if the goods are legal in the country to which they are legally sold and / or dispatched to. Shipment that are kept in customs for this reason is not refunded. If the customs send the package back then the buyer will have to pay for eventual shipping costs. Shipping cost and shipping fee to ship the package again (then without the goods that made the shipment no pass customs) will be have to be payed again.
